Computer principals......

Ermmm....what is the best posture to sit in front of the computer? What is the right way to use the keyboard? How should you hold the mouse..?...How should you place the monitor? Hmmm …here are some tips for u to avoid your neck, shoulder and wrist from getting hurt.
There also several principals to follow when we are using the computers… First and foremost, children has smaller bodies compare to adult, so…children need to use a smaller furniture, if they are using the adult sized chairs and tables…I think their neck will be very tired, and soon they will not be interested in Computer…and it is dangerous to their long term physical well being.
Well, have a good posture and the right adjustment while you use the computer is very important. Firstly a chair must be well fitted, that means a chair which is able to lean on its backrest without having their feet sticking out. Further more the table cannot be too low or too high, the keyboard cannot be too much higher than your lower arm. For those computer users that are using the computer for a long period of time, remember not to slump and always practice the good back posture. When using a keyboard always keep our wrists straight and level with your lower arm. While you do typing just type it lightly, do not stretch too far from the keyboard. Now lets talk about the mouse, hold the mouse lightly, just like how you hold a hamster, and yet you just have to have a light clicking on the button. Wrist rest is helpful, nowadays many mouse pad had a built in wrists rest, it helps to keep our wrist straight.
As for the monitor, it should be put right in front or lower than your eye level. Awek
