Computer principals......

Ermmm....what is the best posture to sit in front of the computer? What is the right way to use the keyboard? How should you hold the mouse..?...How should you place the monitor? Hmmm …here are some tips for u to avoid your neck, shoulder and wrist from getting hurt.
There also several principals to follow when we are using the computers… First and foremost, children has smaller bodies compare to adult, so…children need to use a smaller furniture, if they are using the adult sized chairs and tables…I think their neck will be very tired, and soon they will not be interested in Computer…and it is dangerous to their long term physical well being.
Well, have a good posture and the right adjustment while you use the computer is very important. Firstly a chair must be well fitted, that means a chair which is able to lean on its backrest without having their feet sticking out. Further more the table cannot be too low or too high, the keyboard cannot be too much higher than your lower arm. For those computer users that are using the computer for a long period of time, remember not to slump and always practice the good back posture. When using a keyboard always keep our wrists straight and level with your lower arm. While you do typing just type it lightly, do not stretch too far from the keyboard. Now lets talk about the mouse, hold the mouse lightly, just like how you hold a hamster, and yet you just have to have a light clicking on the button. Wrist rest is helpful, nowadays many mouse pad had a built in wrists rest, it helps to keep our wrist straight.
As for the monitor, it should be put right in front or lower than your eye level. Awek

" No blog, No marks"

I almost forgotten to update my blog, and the due date for this blog is getting near so I got to start blogging. IF not my 10 marks will “fly away”….
Hmmm…finally. All the assignment 1 had completed, but still left one more subject which is physical education for young children. Luckily this assignment lesson plan is doing as a group if not I’m sure there is not enough time. Ermm I think among all the assignments, the hardest is mathematics for young children; lecturer didn’t really explain to us and just ask us to do it. Gosh, can you just imagine doing the assignment without explanation and guidance. But if I were to think positively, this assignment will help us learn a lot …you will try your very best to understand the questions, read books, do research, discuss with classmates and ask other lecturer to explain. Although the process to do this assignment is tough but it makes me learned something important which is to force myself to do research, to understand everything and Just Do It….because this is a 30 marks assignment!!!
Through this mathematic subject and assignment I realize that there are a lot of concepts for children to learn. Different types of interesting activities to help children develop their mathematic skills. (Wondering why last time, my kindergarten teacher did not use all this activities to teach me mathematics. And make the mathematic class such a boring time.)
Mathematics is an important connection to our daily life; we used it everyday without even noticing it. Mathematic is important to human….especially to those who love to gamble. If they don’t know how to count...the 1st thing they cannot play is “black jack or mahjong” …..right..?
